How does the service work?
1. Schedule an appointment.
We are a mobile business, so we come to you. All you have to do is choose the time and location. You can easily book an appointment online, by phone, or by text. Fill out online forms to the best of your ability. Once you book an appointment, we will call to confirm your appointment time and address. This is also an opportunity to discuss any questions you have.
2. Prepare your vehicle.
Do not overthink this step, it is simple. Have your vehicle parked in an open area (street, driveway, parking lot) at the time and location we discussed. There needs to be enough space for me to walk/work around the front end of your vehicle. If it's a parking lot, it's easier if its backed in. No other preparation or cleaning is required on your end.
3. Inspection.
After an inspection of the headlights, we will go over any recommendations and also discuss expected results. Payment is due once the services are complete and you are satisfied with the results.
4. 1-year, 3-year or 7-year service warranty.
It all depends on the ceramic UV coating that is used. If the headlights fade again, we will redo the service at no cost to you.

What is a ceramic coating?
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your headlight surface, creating a durable, protective and hydrophobic layer. It provides excellent UV protection which resists oxidation and yellowing in the future. This hard layer makes it more durable which in turn helps prevent scratching from rocks, dirt and grime. It seals tiny pores in the headlights which restores optical clarity, so it improves nighttime visibility. The hydrophobic capability makes it repel water making it easier to clean and maintain.
How do I pay you?
You can pay with cash, Venmo. I also take debit or credit cards but there will be a 3.5% processing fee.
How long will it take?
Typically, an hour to an hour and half. But many factors can make it last 2 to 3 hours for your headlight restoration.
Key considerations are
- Oxidation (yellowing or hazy look)
- The make and model of your vehicle, as different manufacturers use different UV coatings that vary in hardness—some of which are more difficult and time-consuming to remove.
- Peeling of the original UV coating
Why Do Headlights Get Cloudy?
Over time, most headlights become dull, yellow, or foggy.
Here’s why:
-UV Damage from the Sun
Headlights are made from plastic, coated with a clear UV-resistant layer. Sun exposure breaks that layer down, causing oxidation and yellowing.
-Oxidation
Once exposed, the plastic reacts with oxygen, leaving a hazy, cloudy surface.
-Road Grime & Chemicals ️
Dirt, salt, bug splatter, grime, grease and acid rain wear away at the surface, causing buildup and pitting.
-Moisture Buildup
If the seal around the headlight is damaged, condensation can form inside, fogging up the lens from within.
-Physical Wear & Tear
Sand, rocks, bugs and debris hit the headlights while driving, causing scratches and surface damage.
Result:
Cloudy headlights don’t just look bad — they reduce your ability to see and be seen.
Why It’s Important to Restore Them?
1. Safer Driving at Night
Foggy headlights reduce brightness, spread the beam unevenly,
and make nighttime driving dangerous.
2. Improve Your Car’s Appearance
Clear headlights make your vehicle look newer and better
maintained — it’s an instant visual upgrade.
3. Save Hundreds on Replacements
Restoration is affordable and effective. Replacing a full headlight
assembly can cost $300–$1,000+. Plus, the cost of installing them.
4. Boost Resale or Trade-In Value
Clear, well-maintained headlights show buyers you’ve taken care of
your car.
